Award winning H20 celebrate Matrix status Highway to Opportunities (H2O), have this week received a Matrix award- a nationally recognised quality mark for companies in the Information, Advice and Guidance sector, recognising their commitment to the continuous development and improvement of their services.
Jayne Entwistle Director for H20 acknowledges the importance of this achievement;
‘This award is excellent news, to gain this status we have had to undergo quite a thorough assessment process, which involved an external inspector coming in and spending three days with the staff, observing the delivery of our service and most importantly finding out what our clients think of the quality of our services.
This reward recognises the dedication of the staff at H20 who work hard to ensure clients have a positive experience with our service, from initial careers advice and guidance, moving into employment, completing a course, or improving literacy and numeracy skills.
Part of the assessment process involved the assessor speaking in detail to partners, staff and clients whose comments included:
‘They are a font of knowledge and information……….gave me a really positive start in the right direction…………gave good advice and really motivated me’
