These products and service make use of progressive techniques, such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and have all been extensively trialled with young people through our delivery of Connexions, drug and alcohol services and Youth Offending Services. 

CAF Cards

CAF cards have been specifically developed to help practitioners fully engage and empower young people in the common assessment process. Combining words and images to speak to the left and right hemispheres of the brain the cards quickly encourage young people to talk about themselves and engage in the CAF process.

This powerful resource designed specifically to be used with young children and parents was the result of extensive work with Early Years Teams. The cards are meaningful to younger children but the cute tiger puppet is what they all want to meet!
